About Mike "The Notary" Smith

I provide professional, appointment-based mobile notary services in St. Augustine and the surrounding area, with a focus on estate planning, family-related, and specialty documents.

My work frequently involves estate planning documents, parental and family authorizations, IVF and fertility-related paperwork, and specialized agreements such as mineral rights, easements, and other non-routine notarizations. These matters often require accuracy, discretion, and a clear understanding of sensitive documentation.

I’m a U.S. Army Veteran and West Point graduate, and I bring the same integrity, discipline, and attention to detail to my notary practice that defined my military service.  Clients and professional partners rely on me for dependable follow-through and careful execution—especially when documents are time-sensitive or personally important.

To maintain a high standard of service, my practice is intentionally limited to notarization only.  I do not perform loan signings, mortgage closings, or document printing.  This focus allows me to deliver consistent, reliable service to individuals, attorneys, and organizations who value getting it done correctly.
